full time Sous Chef - Limpopo - 5 Star Lodge

Sous Chef required for a 5 star twelve bed camp in the Limpopo province. The camp is looking for a chef with some form of formal training – Prue Leith, Christina Martin, ICA or similar.

The ideal candidate should be creative and passionate about cooking as a lot of freedom is allowed in the kitchen. The candidate should have +/- 3 years fine dining experience with good communication skills.

Live in, includes all meals, uniform, superb accommodation and housekeeping service. 105 flexible off days per annum. Package also includes solid pension fund.
R 10 000 per month
