Drive sales and business growth by marketing the value proposition to both the management team and employees of medium-sized companies.
Supervises and co-ordinates activities of the Sales Support Co-ordinator.
Required to work independently, receive support from Provincial Sales Manager.
Daily, weekly and monthly planning and prioritizing of activities.
Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets as determined by Provincial Sales Manager.
Market research and analysis
Identify and exploit networking opportunities within region to generate new business.
Co-ordinate and facilitate sales interventions to both the management team and groups of employees at medium- sized companies within region.
Oversee individual client take-on process.
Provide good client service and maintain relationships at a senior level with corporate
clients, trade unions and different business units.
