Mechanical Manager
at Persona Staff in International
Candidate must be willing to go work in ALGERIA!!
Accountabilities:
Quality of mechanical installation work and materials at site.
Environmental protection and spill prevention, transportation, protection and handling of hazardous materials within the section.
Cost and time schedule of construction work within the section.
Main responsibilities:
Execuite tasks delegated by the Site Manager.
Superior of Mechanical Supervisors
Manage the subcontractor(s) and assist in organising of mechanical installation works at site, including punch-list and handing over.
Manage time scheduling and follow-up of mechanical installation works at site and report accordingly to all relevant parties.
Participate in subcontracting and local purchasing procedures.
Arrange weekly, minuted mechanical installation works site meetings.
Co-ordinate with mechanical and civil construction work at site.
Highlight the economical constructing and cost-saving working procedures for the client and subcontractor(s).
Ensure quality and conformity of mechanical installation works and materials used with design, and to give feed-back to home office and designers.
Ensure safe and smooth working for all parties at site and home office.
Create and maintain good human relations at site.
Development responsibilities:
Develop and share best practises with home office concerning.
Cost savings.
Mechanical working methods at site
Based on local methods, products and materials.
Participate in development of PI reporting.
