Commissioning Manager
at Persona Staff in International
Candidate must be willing to work in Algeria.
Accountabilities:
Ensure that all tests, measuring and commissioning results will be calculated and documented according to contract and instructions and practice and that responsible person of the client will sign the documents.
Highlight the environmental protection and spill prevention plan at site, make sure that all hazardous materials are properly transported, protected and handled.
Ensure smooth working for all parties at site.
Main responsibilities:
Organise start-up and tests of all equipment within the scope of the contract and time schedule according to accepted test and commissioning methods and procedures.
Have intimate knowledge of the contract conditions relating to commissioning and handing over.
Make detailed commissioning time schedule in co-operation with commissioning engineers, Section Managers and Site Manager.
Assist the Site Manager in preparing and compiling all requested commissioning documents for submittal to the client.
Assist and give advice to Site Manager, commissioning engineers, and client for start-up, test and commissioning procedures and time scheduling.
Inform Designers about deviations in performance compared to design.
Highlight economical construction and cost saving working procedures.
Create and maintain good human relations at site.
Development responsibilities:
Develop a realistic and working schedule and procedures for the commissioning of the power plant.
Develop processes to facilitate the commissioning procedures.
