Well known company based in paarl has an open position for an internal Cycle counter.
Requirements:
Minimum of a matriculation certificate (grade 12).
3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Fully computer literate in Microsoft excel.
Experience in an ERP system will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
The ability to work under pressure is essential.
A team player mindset and attitude is essential.
An excellent problem solver and the ability to work efficiently with little supervision and high levels of initiative.
Responsibilities:
Counting of physical stock daily.
Working off Syspro generated stock reports and agreeing to physical stock.
Highlighting any stock discrepancies if any, and investigate the reasons for the discrepancies.
Discrepant stock rectified and captured correctly on Syspro.
Assisting with Inbound logistics stock queries.
Assisting with the verification of physical stock pertaining to production orders discrepancies.
Reporting any housekeeping issues relating to inventory.
