full time Courier Driver

at TrudyQ Consulting in Cape Town

Our client in the Courier Industry is looking to compliment their driven and dynamic team by employing a Courier Driver.

Only candidates who meet the below minimum requirements need apply.

Minimum requirements:

Must have matric or equivalent qualification
Must have a valid drivers licence code 10/08 and PDP
Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Must have previous experience in the Courier Industry
Must be able to liaise on all levels
Must have the ability to communicate in English written and spoken
Must be well presented in overall manner
Must have knowledge of Cape Town roads
Must be non-confrontational when handling or involved in conflict situations

Key Performance Areas:

Ensure that customer needs are dealt with promptly
Ensure that all deliveries and collections are dealt with timeously
Ensure that all delivery and collection documents are completed correctly
Pick-up boxes, bins, bags at client locations, weighing bins and recording weight at destruction facility
Support others and provide practical knowledge, competencies and expertise where appropriate
