Planning experience is not a requirement. Finance/Accounting experience equivalent. Manage people, Train, Develop and Manage planners and their performance and results, implementation and adherance to Planners Handbook, Support merchandise department, Numerical and Abstract reasoning, Self Management, Leadership skills.
