Leading company is seeking a EE candidate (FEMALE) cashbook & Accounts Payable (Creditors) Clerk
Matric / Grade 12
Basic bookkeeping / accounting diploma
2 – 3 Years accounts payable experience in a medium to large sized organisation
Experience in processing EFT payments using internet banking
To ensure the effective functioning of the cashbook and accounts payable functions and their related deliverables in relation to internal and external suppliers
Perform and manage the monthly accounts payable function
Perform and manage the monthly cashbook function
Management of the Petty cash function
Assist Financial Manager and management accountant with month end and any other tasks as requested with regards to the budgets and forecasts etc.
Full administrative responsibility for capturing fixed assets, depreciating fixed assets on a monthly basis as well as ensuring the integrity of the fixed asset register
