Public Officer – all group companies
Compliance with all tax legislation
COMPANY SECRETARY
Company Secretary – all group companies
Minutes & resolutions, Maintenance of all statutory records
Qualifications required: B.com, B.Acc, B Comt, B Bus Sc or similar or CS (SA)
Experience Required:
8-10 years, post qualifying, ideally in retail, supply chain management, Cellular or IT
5 years in Snr Financial Management role and minimum 2 years leading the finance function as CFO or FD
Both strategic and operational experience
Good Track Record in strategic leadership, systems and processes
Remuneration on offer: R1-1.4m per annum CTC
