Call Center Agent / Account Representative
at Persona Staff in Cape Town
Requirements:
Senior Certificate.
Computer literate - MS Office, Outlook, Internet.
Advanced Excel and Bookmaster (an advantage).
Minimum of 2 years previous experience working within customer care environment.
Good communication skills - written and oral.
Fluent in English & Afrikaans.
Fast, accurate and detailed orientated.
Responsibilities & skills:
Give feedback to customers.
Provide administrative support on promary customer accounts.
Improve current in-house systems.
Investigate and analyze stats.
General administration support.
Compile monthly performance reports.
Support to service levels targets and multi tasking.
Able to work under pressure and project a professional image of the company.
Excellent telephone handling skills.
Problem solving skills.
Conflict handling skills.
Flexible and open towards change.
Self confident and act autonomously and in a pro-active manner.
Patient, supportive with a friendly disposition and high level of integrity.
Willingness to work after hours and on weekends when necessary.
Goal orientated and motivated to succeed and actively work towards team goals with genuine flair for customer service and results.
