Experience / Skills Required:
Ø Tertiary qualification in business analysis or information management
Ø Experience in managing a specialist team
Ø MS Office: Advances Excel skills, Strong PowerPoint skills & Strong Word skills
Ø Strong presentation and business communication skills
Ø Must have well developed writing skills to effect the change from data into intelligence
Ø Computer Literacy
Ø Strong analytical skills
• Trend Analysis
• Forecasting
• Regression analysis
Ø Advanced SQL experience
Ø Experience on a Workforce scheduling tool
Ø Minimum 2 years solid experience in Contact Centre MI, reporting, trend analysis, workforce scheduling and similar
Ø Must have the ability to translate data into information that is meaningful, relevant and accessible to non numeric individuals
Ø Must be completely flexible with regards to working hours, including working on weekends and public holidays (Shift work required)
Ø Significant levels of attention to detail and professional excellence
Ø An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Ø The ability to work in a dynamic and highly pressurized environment
