To manage a small marketing / sales branch.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have financial service industry management experience or have represented a FSP before.
Must be an astute business person who has the intellectual capability to explore new opportunities in the market.
Must be a strong sales leader who has the ability to motivate a small, but highly talented team.
Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, financial planning and people management, able to manage sales targets and objectives.
Accept responsibility for the successful running of the branch by providing regular reporting and feedback to the Head Branch Manager.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the effective planning, leading, development and controlling of staff and operations within the branch.
Work closely with the Trainer / Presenter, sharing responsibility to achieve set targets.
