Team Manager
at HR Excel in Cape Town
The individual is accountable for leading a team of Customer Service Agents (Colleagues), ensuring first-class, professional customer service within a 24/7 international Customer Service Contact Centre and ensuring that all required service levels are met and where possible exceeded. This includes reporting on and managing inbound and outbound activities across all customer products, delivered through several contact media through the development and motivation of team members whilst enhancing a professional and positive culture. You will also perform a number of integrated tasks as well as dealing with the continuous pressure in a fast changing environment.
Requirements: Education, Training & Experience -
•Proven experience in a leadership role
•Minimum 12 months Call Centre experience
•Able and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
•Own transport
